  • Where does your coffee come from?

    All our beans are sourced directly from Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee regions Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Guji, and Harrar. We work closely with Fairtrade and Fairchain-certified exporters to ensure ethical sourcing and full traceability from farm to cup. Every lot can be traced back to its origin.

  • Do you roast your coffee?

    We specialize in importing premium green beans for roasters, cafés, and coffee professionals in Oslo. While we don't roast commercially, we regularly host cupping sessions where you can experience the unique flavor profiles of each origin firsthand.

  • Can I buy small quantities for testing or home use?

    Yes. We offer 150g sample packs so you can taste before committing to a larger order. Perfect for small roasters, cafés, or coffee enthusiasts exploring Ethiopian origins. Samples include basic documentation and flavor notes.

  • What makes AHC Coffee sustainable?

    Our approach goes beyond trade it's about transparency, fairness, and regeneration. We reinvest in farming communities, support Fairchain initiatives, and prioritize low-impact logistics between Ethiopia and Norway. Every shipment includes CO₂ disclosure and full traceability. We don't make unverifiable claims.

  • Do you offer cupping or tasting experiences?

    Absolutely. You can book a cupping session in Oslo to explore flavor profiles, learn about processing methods (washed, natural, honey, anaerobic), and discover what makes Ethiopian coffee so distinctive. Private sessions available for businesses.

  • Can I collaborate with AHC Coffee for my café or roasting business?

  • How do I place an order?

  • What documentation comes with your coffee?

    Every shipment includes: lot-level traceability summary, geolocation data (EUDR compliant), ICO certificate, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and ESG transport statement with CO₂ impact. Five-year archive maintained.

  • Do you ship outside Norway?

    Currently we focus on the Nordic market (Norway, Sweden, Denmark). If you're elsewhere, contact us we're always open to conversations with aligned partners.
