Abyssinia Heritage Coffee is a Norway-based Ethiopian coffee importer and roaster building a documented coffee corridor from Ethiopian origin to Nordic buyers.
We work with green coffee, Oslo-roasted coffee, limited cultural products, and lot-level documentation so buyers can understand where the coffee comes from, how it moved, and how it was handled.
Our focus is origin, proof, responsible sourcing, and long-term commercial relationships.
We believe coffee should not lose its identity on the way to market. Every lot carries a place, a route, a producer relationship, a handling process, and a story that deserves to be treated with care.
Our mission is to bring Ethiopian coffee into Nordic cups with quality, context, and accountability one lot, one document, and one batch at a time.
